Two years in the making

When I got married in Davao with my wife Angel, I hired the services of Jose 'Joe' Benavides who as he claims does video and photo documentary too, but after two years he has not delivered anything to us. We cannot anymore reach him through his mobile phone. When he is reached, he always promises delivery or gives tons of excuses. Beware!
